The wildest bag someone recommended from this post is the TomToc Navigator. It's 40L, but only weighs 2.8 lb, has water bottle holders, compression straps, great laptop/iPad compartment, and one massive clamshell bucket for clothes. And it's only $80, which concerningly cheap
@christianselig I’ve been using the 17L model of that bag for daily stuff and short work trips and I love it. It has all the high quality stuff I look for in the bag and my go-to recommendation for people now.

Ma collègue a eu un mal de chien à obtenir une prescription pour une mammographie : mère et soeur (- 40 ans) ayant eu un cancer mais sa généraliste a indiqué que ce n'était pas nécessaire qu'elle soit dépistée (elle même + 40 ans). Profitant d'un médecin remplaçant, même réponse mais il réalise une palpation et trouve une grosseur. Et là, rebelote, dans l'immédiat pas de prescription, elle a dû bpc insister. Ma question est : vers qui aurait-elle pu se tourner dans un tel contexte ? sachant qu'on a une grosse pénurie de gynéco par chez nous, qu'elle n'en a plus et que le suivi est effectué par le MG. Une sage femme ? Merci !
