Unfortunately, I don't have enough money to settle down on my own, nor can work to save up for a house as I'm legally recognized as unable to work. Without help I'm at risk of ending up homeless.

Wie ihr sicherlich mitbekommen habt, bin ich dieses Jahr Teil der Nationalmannschaft und da ich auch Teil des Crossgolf Community Rates bin, machen wir uns als Gemeinschaft Gedanken, wie wir unseren SpielerInnen ggf. die Reisekosten verringern können (dieses mal auch mit ein wenig Eigeninteresse).
Wie vielleicht nicht bekannt ist, gibt es für Crossgolf keinen Verband und wenn, dann nur kleine regionale Vereine. Somit kommen alle Initiativen immer aus der Gemeinschaft und Kosten werden in der Regel, von allen allein getragen. Das würden wir als Crossgolf Community gern ein wenig abmildern, aber ohne dann später zum Turnier als laufende Litfaßsäule herumlaufen zu müssen.
Dazu kam die Idee auf, dass wir als Community ein Crowdfunding starten könnten.
Da ich hier im Fediverse schon des Öfteren privat geholfen habe und da auch Crowdfunding dabei war, kam mir die Idee.
Und jetzt kommt ihr ins Spiel:
Welche Crowdfundingplattformen gibt es und besser, welche könnt ihr wieso empfehlen?
Gibt es da rechtlich irgendwelche Fallstricke, wenn wir das Geld dann an alle deutschen TeilnehmerInnen der Meisterschaft ausgeben wollen?
Sollte das Crowdfunding über einen Verein e.V. (da kein Verband vorhanden) laufen wegen Absicherung oder kann man als private Person ein Crowdfunding starten?

manche von Euch haben es vielleicht in der BZ gelesen: unsere Kinder- und Jugendbuchhandlung ist insolvent. Seit #Corona ist es uns nicht gelungen, das „alte“ Umsatzniveau zu erreichen und bestehende Forderungen zu bedienen.
Im Rahmen einer Neugründung („asset deal“) wollen wir versuchen, im kommenden Insolvenzverfahren den Laden zu erhalten, aber infolge der Ereignisse ist es dem bisherigen Inhaber (auch gesundheitlich) nicht mehr möglich, in der ersten Reihe zu stehen.
Wir sind daher auf der Suche nach einer oder mehreren Personen, die sich vorstellen können, die Führung der Geschäfte zukünftig zu übernehmen. Mittels #Crowdfunding sowie privater Beteiligungen langjähriger Kund:innen wollen wir eine Struktur aufbauen, die zukunftsfähig ist und sich vom Modell Einzelperson = Geschäftsführung = Eigentum löst. Es gibt viele Ansätze, aber wir brauchen auch die richtigen Köpfe dafür.

I don't like on how this is the 3rd time I'm asking for help during this situation, but this is the only way I can do to help.
We have been in some progress since last time, we're currently working on gaining the ability to buy a house throughout the weeks up till now. And so far, we're waiting on a word from them telling on what're we suppose to do next.
While we're waiting for that, we do need help with keeping up with the hotel room, food and bills while also saving up for the house. Every bit helps!
For the better part of a century, people have said that comic books are dying. Crisis after crisis, the comic book industry has survived and lives to this day. So, to celebrate its harrowing journey into the 21st century, a satirical OGN about the history of comic books has taken shape. Introducing the ironically named Comics Are Dying: The Comic - a brief history and celebration of the comic book industry!
You see, this whole project started because I am sick of pessimists, naysayers, whiners, bullies, and opportunists screaming from the heavens about how comics aren’t like they were when they were a kid. I see so many bigots and ignorant folk online complaining about diversity or inclusion and how they want comics to go back to the old days. I think that’s so stupid.
Comics are changing and they’ve always been changing. They’re art and no medium of art stays the same forever. Some of the stuff people complain about has been in comics for decades anyway, so it’s really just a “complaint of the week” for some people. Truly just a miserable lot of fandom. On a more positive note, I see and know the wonderful creatives working today and the heart and soul they put out into this work. But, the joy of it is that I’ve met so many people from all over the world living vastly different lifestyles, but they are unified in their love of this business we call home. It’s a great unifier and a source of creative community.
So, the only way to fight against those clambering for death is to live your passion and express your love on the page. That’s what this book is about. It’s a celebration of not only comics but the people who make them too.
