I'm watching the moon, and I'd be shooting photos, but for the low-hanging fog.
It's still dark so there's no progress I can make on repair work (outstanding since the hurricane of 2022, insurance claim time has run out, the contractors never came.
I've, unwillingly, stepped up to the plate.

I come from a long line of military members, I'll stand in the cold, at the local cenotaph in the village, beginning after 10:30 am.

It's the weekend so let's all comment below with our weekend plans and what we're all going to do.
For me, I'll be having lunch with my cousin and her two daughters and my wife. My cousin and I haven't seen each other since Thanksgiving, so that will be nice.
The rest of the day will likely just be relaxing and laying on the new couch to catch up on some TV shows we're behind on.

I didn't sleep. It's 90 mins to daylight : Can't sleep then.
I watched late news & TV until after 1am, woke at 2am for a pee, & a gas bubble made me puke. (lovely)
When I crawled back in bed, I found our sickly cat, out of her kennel, had pooped in our bedroom.
Two other cats had been quietly fighting under the bed for hours. Teddy was scratching window glass.
I just stayed up, it's brutal.
I've been cleaning poop.
I'm tired!
I'm balancing out now, & I slept 5 hours! It's been awhile since I got past 4, should have tried for 6, eh?
Feels like there should be frost, but it's about 5 degrees. I've been shutting off the heat before bed, and back on when I wake, I find it more comfortable and quieter overnight.
I might go longer next time, the house isn't cold, but there's cool corners.

For me, it's just a lazy, relaxing day. Not going to do much of anything other than play some Fortnite later this evening with friends like we normally do on Monday's.

I was up late, looking at Maps of the USA, in case I want to drive that way some day.
What would you do, if you won a 1974 Ford Mustang?
Keep it? Sell it? Shine it?
I'm not sure I'd even like one now. I'm past middle-age crisis, my neighbour recently bought a mustang during his criis. I'd probably trade it for a pickup truck, or a boat.
