The single biggest thing that could encourage last-mile delivey by #CargoBike in #Helsinki and #Espoo would be to actually enforce the traffic rules and fine all delivery vehicles that break them. The cargo is already on the bike road / pavement / pedestrian area, it's just in the wrong type of vehicle. #cycling
