Home. First cuppa tea consumed. It's raining here! Sorry, #Adelaide, I really tried to do my best with the rain! Hoping the sore throat is #allergies and #stress and not the spicy cough, because parents refuse to wear masks. Wonderdog sang me the welcome song of her people ("Aroooooo! AROOO roo roo!") which is reserved for special occasions, and I think I'm going to bed, and partner snoozing too. Thank you, MastoFam, for your love and support, you lot are brilliant. #CaityTrip

Wot, me, stressed? Nah, I wasn’t the one bursting into tears when the receptionists at the told me I was there for a “periclean” appointment (I had psyched myself up for my routine 3 month clean, polish, fluoride- 3 months because ) - I ended up saying through tears “I’m autistic, please don’t suddenly spring changes on me.” Turns out it was the new dentist (mine’s on mat leave) saving me money through the system. And everyone was very kind. Might be , eh?

I really hate waiting for parcels from Royal Mail. They text me over the weekend to say my parcel was due today between 8:50 - 12:50.

It is now nearly 6pm and no sign of the parcel. Their tracking just says it is "In transit" on its way to me.

I had given up, but then saw a Royal Mail van delivering parcels on the opposite side of the green just after 5pm. I need to go out now, and still no idea what is going on.

So, it turns out that even the tiniest amount of time spent reading a book instead of doomscrolling on social media can help reduce your stress level?

No s**t, Sherlock! Well, who would have thought.
