(Come illustrato dai grafici.)

🤫https://octospacc.altervista.org/2024/03/22/inconsistentoct/

These are the first 6 companies designated as ‘gatekeepers' under the Digital Markets Act.

They have 6 months to ensure their core platform services comply with our rules, including:

✔ Allowing users to unsubscribe and remove pre-installed services
✔ Allowing the download of alternative app stores

❌ Banning tracking outside of their services without consent
❌ Stopping ranking their products more favourably

'He Can't Control Himself': Trump Put on Notice Judges May Be Forced to Jail Him

According to Wine-Banks, Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing Trump’s Washington D.C. federal trial is in a very difficult position because putting him in has to be a last resort.
“He may push her to that, but he will see it as a political advantage, and so she has to be careful not to give him that advantage. But there is a limit to what she can do to enforce his compliance with what her reasonable requirements for his release are.”

“She can penalize him with a monetary but his supporters are paying his legal bills already so it doesn’t hurt him and he doesn’t care about them and their money,” she added. “And so I don’t know how much benefit in terms of his compliance it would be to fine him if he doesn’t obey the fine.

She said she would move to up but she can only move it up so far without denying him due process and the adequate time to prepare, and he knows that and she knows that.”

A wealthy driver in Finland's Åland Islands has been fined over €120,000 for speeding, where the price of speeding is determined by your income. It's his third major fine in a decade, and the first to crack six figures.

Anders Wiklöf was driving 82 kilometers per hour in a 50 kilometer per hour zone when police stopped and ticketed him on Saturday. Along with getting the fine, he had his driver's license suspended for 10 days.
