Ya know...all the fear mongering on Fedi is starting to tire people out...

Lots of people just don't want to be here anymore because of the way a lot of Fedi users treat normal everyday things as EVILLLLLL!!!

You're doing the very thing you fear the most when you talk shit about Threads (and other things most of you deem evil) and pushing people to those platforms.

I am on both and literally seeing it. I have users that follow me on both platforms that say they're considering leaving Fedi because of how normal it is there.

No brigading. No blatant misinformation. No bullshit drama about Fediblock. Just normal, SOCIAL media.

So, those defederating from people that federate with Threads are literally and already killing the platform you claim to love so much...🤦‍♂️🤬

A lot of you need to look in the mirror.

@BeAware honestly most people come here when Twitter does something dumb, the ones that stay it does turn into an echo chamber. I try not to let it derail the fun I have and the cool shit I see though, but I'm weird

Is it me, or is far more on the side of in the spectrum while is far more into the part?

Seriously, I have never played the Cyberpunk TTRPG but the computer game, as fun as it is, is basically just "poserpunk".

It is extra funny because at least a few years back a lot of Cyberpunk fans did not count Shadowrun part of the genre since it had "fantasy stuff" in it.

I am many things, I over on @MagicNinjaRobot I am currently working on a story with my wife @IliDraws called "The Dominant Ones" which were hoping to release next march. Thoughts on "Stream deck" style devices? Tried the phone apps, just seem like too much fuss. Are they really that useful? What do you all use 'em for

Any cheaper but still solid alternative? The cheapest one for $80 with 6 buttons seems too simple.

So, depends on what you're going to use it for. We use it for our podcast so we can cut to the PNGers like if it was a camera. We also I believe assigned sound effects or other things to a few buttons. We have an elgato stream deck. From what I saw (as my wife is the one using it mainly) its good for transitions' and quick actions. If you are doing those it makes sense. Maybe if you're editing you can set some buttons even. But TBH just use what's in the web app it's more than enough

Well I spent many months working on this but I am very proud to say my account now officially is equal in size to my following within a few followers. All of my , and other bots I made for twitter have been moved to Mastodon since my API key was killed.

I would like to take a moment to thank Elon, without him, Mastodon would have never become a viable option.

I am genuinely happier with mastodon

It is a good idea but I am alright with playing the long game and seeing where it goes, I already found some interesting people and dropped into their twitch and it's only been one day. We're on a working vacation from the channel at the moment but I'm thinking with this new avenue of we are going to come out of this stronger. If nothing else I once again have been enjoying being social unlike the birdsite
