On the night of May 19, 3 ATACMS missiles hit the pier in Sevastopol where the Russian missile ship Tsiklon was moored, causing the ship to sink, Astra reports with reference to sources in occupied Crimea.

Out of at least 12 ATACMS missiles launched, nine were reportedly shot down, while three struck the pier. No casualties have been reported.

I already got one comment claiming solar power wonโ€™t work because โ€œnightโ€ and another that made up nonsense about batteries.

Batteries are part of solidifying the renewable energy grid.

To those that say batteries arenโ€™t clean or are costly, that might be partially true now, but they get cleaner and cheaper every year. Current deployments while maybe suboptimal are simply a step on the path. 1/2

I came across someone saying they were proud of all the protesting they did when they were younger and thatโ€™s fine.

Anyway, one of the things they listed was being proud of stopping America from going into nuclear power and let me just share that this attitude and movement set us back pretty far on clean power and itโ€™s good to look into why. 1/2

Putin is getting way too close for comfort with his missile strikes around the Zaporizhzhia power plant. He doesn't have to deploy a nuclear bomb, he can blow the plant up and say it was an oops. That's a very real possibility, not a scare tactic. In April, the UN atomic watchdog gave Russia a warning after a drone struck very close to the plant.
England doesn't even keep their nuke subs in English waters because they are potential targets.

Many people are comfortable throwing rocks at AIPAC. As a result, other people have spoken out about this type of rhetoric and how linking the discussion of $$$ and Jews controlling things is rife with antisemitism.

MANY Democrats and Republicans receive money from AIPAC. It is an American organization run by Americans which is a thing that happens.

Now Iโ€™m getting it in my replies from people who should know better. AIPAC doesnโ€™t control the U.S. government. Cut it out.

It's a stupid and dangerous game they're playing.
Biden has ordered that no US soldiers touch land there. They'll build and protect the pier but they're not looking to engage Hamas or the completely out of control IDF.
I don't see much difference in the way Putin and Netanyahu are conducting themselves.
