And he did a pretty good job of exposing Bernie's nonsense there. Not quite the disaster of that NY Daily News interview but also showed the lack of depth in Bernie's thinking and "plans"...

Here we go again: Someone replies “we DESERVE” who we get in elections… Me: No, we didn’t DESERVE Trump. (There were dirty tricks, election interference, 7 million more for Hillary). He then felt he had to explain we don’t use pop vote in elections. No kidding. I asked that he “please don’t twist my words, my issue was “DESERVE”. His reply? “I’ll make a conscious effort to passively consume your content without further engagement moving fwd.”

I never sugg he shouldn’t opine. Debating here is 🤪

There are rare accounts, like yours, that are clear-eyed, fact-based, & able to think thru consequences. These accounts are worth following & engaging with.

Then, there's the whole morass of emotional spewing, ranting & raving, and meme-based political "thought". Much more about self-expression than any kind of insight. Makes facebook look sophisticated.

I have the luxury of ignoring that crap. You get it in spades...

Someone (follower) just DMd me accusing me of being a 'drag on support' of Dems.

Why? He said "we're all supporting the democracy coalition", & I explained that many in my replies are angry, not supportive. He accused me of something something Hillary's emails re Biden... not sure what that meant, but it was offensive.

If anyone ever accuses me of not supporting Biden in this election, they haven't read my TL or listened to me on air.

Talk about offensive. I blocked.

Does anyone else have trouble doing one thing at a time? Like if I'm doing chores it helps to have a podcast or talk to someone, or watching TV, I need to do something with my hands, like a little handy craft, or a simple game. I love movies, but the movie has to be absolutely fascinating for me to want to go to a theater where I just need to sit there and watch. I have a large amount of tabs open on my phone all the time and I flit back and forth through a bunch of different things. Weed helps calm this down a bit.

I’m done w/ people who do that.

I’m fine with genuine RATIONAL POLITE disagreements or criticism. I have to point that out since I’ve been accused of/blocked for intolerance of diff opinions👈🏼which I’ve always welcomed

This is about mudslinging, labels, name-calling, misinfo, & disdain for scarce positives & replying w something designed to provoke &/or kneejerk-negate welcome news. Kthxbye.

Have you ever been laying around, and realized your arm was in a strange position, and it felt weird, so you try to move it into a more natural position, but now you're hyper aware of how you position your arms, and it all feels weird, so you start questioning whether you know how to have arms?

This also applies to breathing.

I do love playing with and paying attention to the breath. All the different ways to breathe! Abdominal breathing, chest breathing, breathing into the kidneys (posterior abdominal breathing), etc.

It is worth paying attention to the caution to not control your breath. There's a syndrome, qigong disturbance, identified in China from over control of the breath. So, be careful.

But, it sure is fun to explore!

As I'm sure you know, this has been going on for years and the encouragment by Tesla mgmt of a racist hostile workplace has been well documented. So far, they've been able to force workers to settle their complaints one-by-one in arbitration. So, it's a big deal to have a case where this will all play out in public.
