Isn't #breakfast the most important meal of the day?
For the past four? years, that's been my go-to. Two medium bananas, 40g of peanut butter, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon!

@renwillis You gave me a great idea! Now I'm thinking about having my breakfast outside too. I went on a short hike today, about 1.5 hours. It was sunny but pretty cold. Luckily, there were benches along the way to rest. I might just pack one for my next outdoor adventure in the coming days!

@booksns When I'm tired or dealing with brain fog, I find it hard to focus on reading. In those moments, I usually lie down, practice some breathing exercises, and switch to an audiobook. And you know what? If I'm not feeling a book by the 15% mark, I consider it a sign to move on. Life's too short for books that don't captivate us, don't you think?

It was as I stood photographing Whitefish Point Lighthouse on a cold winter day in 2018, that I decided that I needed to start publishing my work for others to see. What good was it to have a beautiful image like this and not have anyone else see it?
