They have been instructed NOT to comment on Premier Danielle Smith's transgender policy. Conservatives claim Mr. Poilievre himself is “very disciplined” and is “not going to wade into these issues.”

Don't be fooled - Pierre Poilievre fully supports the Premier. He's just not going to tell you that before the election.

I made earlier this week, so I'm cooking up a batch of chicken tonight, after marinating a bunch of drumsticks in yoghurt and tandoori masala for a couple of days in the fridge.

I'm using a regular oven of course, as I don't seem to have a tandoor handy. Maybe I should stick some bread to the walls of our oven just to make it feel authentic?

Streaming this SUNDAY at 3 PM EST (noon PST) with @christinelove and @spookysquid: After a four year haitus due to something weird that happened in the year 2020, the "Squidcast" is back!

We're going to be streaming "Heart of the Alien", the widely-forgotten Sega CD sequel to Out of This World/Another World, plus Flashback, a spiritual sequel by OOTW's publisher. (Picking up right where we left off in 2020.)

I will find a time next week to finish Toki Tori 2.

My hot take on the Vision Pro is the same as my hot take on every AR/VR/Mixed Reality headset produced in the past checks notes 20 years: "If most women can't use your product for 4 hours straight without throwing up, don't try to tell me that it's the future of anything." I said what I said.

Women can use a smartphone indefinitely without nausea. They can use a laptop indefinitely. A gaming console and TV indefinitely. But XR headsets cause motion sickness in most women in under an hour. 🤷🏿‍♂️

    @RM_Transit That just leaves 11km (x2). Doable by bicycle, though I'd have to navigate Union station with it.

    It would be awesome for Metrolinx to provide bicycle rentals to extend the service range from each train station. With presto-card transfers between modalities. Kinda like NS does with OV-Fiets.
