Da hab ich drauf gewartet, dass jemensch hier diesen Mist empfiehlt. Eine Doku des israelischen Staatsrundfunks KAN, eingedeutscht vom ZDF. KAN wurde übrigens 2018 von der Netanjahu-Regierung eingesetzt, nachdem die gebührenfinanzierte IBA ("Israel Broadcasting Authority"), die 1948 den dreisprachigen Rundfunk im britischen Mandatsgebiet ablöste, handstreichartig abgesetzt wurde.
Die Doku lässt als einen pluralistischen Staat erscheinen. Es werden 6 Statusgruppen

definiert: "Gründer"/Ashkenasim (europäische politische Zionisten), orientalische Juden (Misrachim), Sieder (religiöse Zionisten), orthodoxe Juden, "Linke" (säkulare Juden), muslimisch-palästinensische Israeli.
Diese "Stämme" werden unvermittelt und weitgehend unkommentiert in O-Tönen nebeneinander gestellt. Illegale Siedler:innen bekommen eine offene Bühne und können ihre Positionen unhinterfragt und gleichrangig neben denen der anderen "Stämme" darstellen.

Die illegale Besetzung der Westbank und die Einpferchung der palästinensischen Bevölkerung in Gaza werden in keiner Weise thematisiert, ebenso wenig wie die kriminelle Gewalt der Siedler:innen gegen die palästinensische Bevölkerung und die systematische Ausgrenzung der palästinensischen Israeli, die natürlich auch deutlich weniger Sendezeit erhalten.
Alles in allem eine Doku, die als eine pluralistische Demokratie darstellen soll, die der deutschen gerecht wird.🤢

    Israeli Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu has suggested using nuclear weapons against Gaza.

    Minister without Portfolio Gideon Sa’ar has suggested annexing parts of Gaza.

    Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliel have separately advocated for resettling Palestinians outside of Gaza.

    Gamliel’s ministry circulated a paper on expelling the population of Gaza into the Sinai desert.

    Agriculture Minister Avi Dichter said that Israel is “rolling out the Gaza Nakba.”

    Minister of Heritage Amichai Eliyahu has threatened to hand over Gaza’s land to former Israeli settlers and current Israeli soldiers.

    It’s really hard to understand the Israeli state’s explicit policy as anything other than ethnic cleansing, at the mildest—of killing enough Palestinians and making life sufficiently unbearable for the survivors that they have to flee.

    The Israeli state is starving the people of Gaza and I don’t know how to wrap my head around the horror of this.

    I watched Asad do this to Syrians for years and it is a horrific way to die. People with diabetes will die first, in agony, and then children and the elderly.

    You're so blinded by hate that you're not realizing your government and its "Defense" Forces have been - and still are! - massacring many more children than Hamas will ever be able to. And you neglect the fact that it was - at least partially - the failure of the IDF not being able to repel the Hamas assault, because they were busy securing pogroms of Israeli settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank.

    und ihre einseitige Positionierung zu und , das ist nicht nur ein Schlag ins Gesicht der israelischen Opfer des 7. Oktober und deren Angehörige, sondern wird durch solche Auftritte auch der Klimaschutzbewegung nachhaltig schaden.
    Beispiel: Der Hass von wütenden "pro Palästina"-Greta-Fans, der sich aktuell über den Klimaschutzktivisten von auskübelt, der es "gewagt hat", ihr Widerworte zu geben. Das nimmt alles ne ziemlich üble Richtung :/

    Du denkst also, das Leid der israelischen Opfer wird geringer, wenn die IDF die Zivilbevölkerung in ausbombt und vertreibt? Damit unterstellst du den Opfern die gleiche Rachelust wie den Faschisten in der israelischen Regierung. Es gibt aber zahlreiche Zeugnisse von Opfern, die sich gegen das Vorgehen der IDF aussprechen und das Framing, es handle sich ausschließlich um Aktionen gegen die Hamas, nicht akzeptiereren.

    Ja, vielleicht hab ich da bischn viel herausgelesen. Schon crazy, wie aufgeheizt alle reagieren. Grad wurde ich wieder geblockt, weil ich nicht der Auffassung bin, dass es Antisemitismus ist, sich gegen Israel zu positionieren.
    Bei @IsabVann verstand ich nicht, warum das ein Schlag ins Gesicht der israelischen Opfer ist, wo doch einige von ihnen ebenfalls gegen das Vorgehen ihrer Regierung sind, auch hinsichtlich der Siedlungspolitik und der Abriegelung palästinensischer Gebiete.

    This has been announced by high officials. Everybody could have read or heard it. Most politicians in the western world consented or ignored it, because they decided to unconditionally support and not to care about civilian victims of Israel's retaliation strikes, which are regarded as "collateral damage" of "legitimate defense measures" against Hamas.

    Concerning "moral nihilism": Depends on how you understand moral. In the sense of a bourgeois meaning, a "nihilation" is due. If you mean kind of universal human features of behavior which we share more or less with other primates, these can't be really nihilated permanently, even if fascism is able to pervert basic human drives to evil. Wilhelm Reich called these perverting force "emotional pest".

    Wer ein "Bekenntnis zur normativen Seite der Demokratie" fordert, hat nicht begriffen oder nimmt es in Kauf, dass dies einem Bekenntnis zur Alternativlosigkeit des gleichkommt, wie sämtliche Vertreter*innen der nicht müde werden zu betonen. Ein "gesellschaftlicher Gegenentwurf" auf dieser Basis ist keine "Zukunftsperspektive", sondern die Fortsetzung des Wegs in die Apokalypse, denn im Wachstumszwang des Kapitalismus gibt es keine Zukunft!

    To expect, after 27 COPs with no results except millions of printed paper pages, that , which is chaired by the chief of the world's biggest oil company, will be of crucial importance, imo, is denial of reality. Not to realize that COPs are DESIGNED to be cardboard dummies in order to preserve the status quo of generating profits out of fossil energy as well as green-washed is no longer explainable to me.😕

    Apart from these horrifying news, what puzzles me most about the authors, reasonable researchers, who are obviously not aware of the systemic power of . Saying "We can still act" they're addressing a bourgeois political myth which has no manifestation at all in the real world. Not only are there hundreds of competing nation states, but their governments, even the formally "democratic" ones, aren't responding to the needs of the people, but to a capitalist class in power

    Für die einen ist "Realität", dass sich ein paar Leute darüber aufregen, nicht mit ihren SUVs zur Arbeit oder zum Einkaufszentrum fahren zu können (diese Art der Realitätswahrnehmung hat offenbar auch der ÖRR). Für die anderen ist es die Tatsache, dass ein kaputtes, weltumspannendes Profiterzeugungssystem für einige Wenige unsere planetaren Lebensgrundlagen systematisch zerstört.
    Ist doch klar, dass in "unserer Demokratie" die Interessen der "besorgten Mitbürger" wichtiger sind.

    It's important to know that is the first mode of domination in history which is not (only) executed by humans, but the the basic principles of the mode of production itself. Once established, the process of making (more) money from money through the "valorisation" of labour, becomes an "automatic subject".

    Das 40,00€ teurer gewordene Nachfolgeticket zum 9-Euro-Ticket soll Daten melken. Zwar solle das Ticket übergangsweise nicht nur für Smartphones erhältlich sein sondern auch auf Chip-Karten und kurzzeitig auf Papier mit QR-Code, aber wichtig scheint es den Regierenden vor allem anderen, dass mit dem 49€-Ticket Echtzeit-Verkehrsdaten erhoben werden können.

    Positiv klingt zunächst: "Es werde nicht gespeichert, wer von A nach B fährt, sondern nur, wie stark die Verkehrsmittel ausgelastet sind. Für die Fahrgäste könnte das ein Nutzen sein, weil die Verkehrsunternehmen so für ausreichend Kapazitäten sorgen könnten."

    Allerdings: Das Ticket wird wohl nur als Abo personalisiert erworben werden können, so dass darüber anfallende Personendaten zukünftig schnell integriert werden könnten. Mit Hinblick auf den aktuellen massiven Ausbau des Überwachungsstaats und der Kontrollgesellschaft in Deutschland und der EU (digitale Personenkennziffer/RegMod, Chatkontrolle, Identifizierungspflicht, Biometrie, eIDAS uvm) ist es doch auch gar nicht die Frage ob, sondern nur wann und mit welchem Vorwand (Anschläge, Pandemie, Jugendschutz, Wahlkampf) personalisierte Datenerfassung und Polizeizugriffe kommen werden, sobald die digitale Kontrollinfrastruktur erst einmal errichtet wurde.

    This reflects one aspect of a silent shift to which seemingly all western bourgeois societies are subjected to. Remarkably, this shift is silently proceeding on the organizational ground of a formally liberal democracy. It also reveals the classist nature of the bourgeois state, easily dismissing its liberalist ideological framing when, in times of multiple crises, these are no longer suitable to policies safeguarding the interests of the ruling class.
