You too can buy a Tesla, and support the main share holder Elon Musk, who abuses his social media platform to convince his 185 million followers, that the US justice system is corrupt, because his favorite criminal is brought to justice.

Or you could buy from a different car brand.

@JoeRess “trivial”…like the “trivial” matter of stock manipulation that the SEC was looking into…

Shame he’s too useless to be into things like flying experimental aircraft or diving in deep water submarines like proper billionaires where there would at least be a chance of Darwinism. Instead we got a phone-addicted fascist stoner where the only chance at injury is tennis elbow from masturbating too hard on his mother’s couch in a dirty bathrobe.

Since Elon Musk’s Twitter purchase, firm reportedly lost 72% of its value

Fidelity cuts value of X stake, implying 72% drop since Musk paid $44 billion.

ministerofimpediments,

@arstechnica realistically…(and don’t get me wrong…I hope it burns to the ground)…it doesn’t really matter what it’s worth. For the banks…they’ll move it around so their customers take the hit. For Musk and the other big money investors…it’s all basically monopoly money that they would just blow on something else. They could have done something useful with it but that was never going to happen anyway. They’re assholes.
Twitter will last exactly until the next president is sworn in. Count on it.

ministerofimpediments,

@nixCraft
What it actually does…
“AIbios just leaves my computer on and unlocked until the battery dies. It shows a password screen, but will actually take anything you type in. The screen is always dim, fans run all the time, I have 32 128k partitions for some reason. It randomly sent plain text contents of the hard drive to every network it linked to. Until someone finally stole it…which was fine as the battery swelled, caught fire, killed him, and burned down half a block…so it works…”

NEW, by me: Spyware maker pcTattletale says it's shuttered and is "out of business" after a data breach over the weekend.

pcTattletale founder Bryan Fleming said he no longer has access to the company’s Amazon Web Services account, which he used to store upwards of 300 million screenshots from victims' devices over several years.

It looks like Amazon may have taken action against the spyware maker.

More: https://techcrunch.com/2024/05/28/pctattletale-spyware-shutters-data-breach/

ministerofimpediments,
@ministerofimpediments@mastodon.social avatar

@zackwhittaker Or there was a potentially large legal issue on the horizon and a ‘hacker’ problem was an expedient way to delete everything. I’d be surprised if there were any corporate emails, financial documents, etc left.
In the old days shady businesses used the physical equivalent…arson.

Second, his recent post featured a spherical alien that I instantly recognized from my childhood. https://mastodon.art/@MichaelWhelan/112428886103083708
