Well above freezing so this morning’s ski was a bit of a gamble, but it paid off. Rocking the old thrift shop wax-less skis again, but this time on groomed trails.

Better than expected skiing at Calabogie today. A number of runs have died but quite a bit still open. A challenging mix of hard and soft.
No snow left except on the runs. The end is near.
Apparently St. Sauveur got quite a bit of fresh snow yesterday, so might make a visit. They go overboard on the snowmaking and often manage to keep a few runs open until June. Then they switch over to the water park in time for July, which must be quite the operation. #ski#Ottawa
