To be honest I'm looking at your edit and I don't see any difference in shadows (maybe because I'm checking on my smartphone).

I'm not a fan of stretching shadows and lights, it's a little bit unnatural for me. I think that leaving shadows as it is, in this particular situation, it's more close to what I saw there with a naked eye. Moreover I know that there are different approaches! :)

We've just returned from our trip to the Netherlands, and I'm starting to post new photos! Of course, there was no way to not take a film roll and an analog camera. 📷 It was the first time I shoot photos with a rangefinder, if you like it, please stay tuned because there will be more to come! I took this shot in Amsterdam with the Zorki 4 camera (an old Soviet rangefinder) from 1966. 🥰

Any city that is sufficiently large can make you feel insignificant, especially if you reside in one of its apartment buildings. It's comparable to a black hole with an endless gravitational force that diminishes you to a tiny dot in an expansive, concrete terrain.

The Roque Cinchado is the most famous rock formation in Teide National Park. In the background, you can see Teide volcano. I was worried about the large amount of clouds in the sky, but after quietly checking the photos, I think it adds some dynamics. 😶‍🌫️ What do you think? 😊

This is my first photo of the Milky Way. I was shocked that the Milky Way can be seen with the naked eye. 🌌 👀 I took the photo in Teide National Park in Tenerife, which is one of the least light-polluted places on earth. Enjoy! I will post more night photos. 😊
