In Hakgala Botanic Gardens monkeys make troubles to employees. They grab new planted sprouts and take away. To stay on the ground and to scold only remains for staff.
One of the grandkids was having a birthday today. So I ran into town and talked the family into a quick walk at the Botanical Gardens. We were able to celebrate a little bit. I dropped them back at home to wait for their celebration dinner to be delivered.
By the time I started home, we were well into another thunderstorm.
I did manage a few photos of the winter garden. #BotanicalGardens
I visited the Matthaei Botanical Gardens at Michigan University just after it stopped raining. I was thrilled because I hadn't been able to visit before because each time I'd been in Ann Arbor for the night, it's raining. It was truly a peaceful experience and just what I needed at that moment in my life.
I'm not sure I have ever seen (noticed) this plant belore. The Qualup Bell (pimelea physodes) with its delicate leaves and soft, gentle colours is so pretty!!
