Dinner isn’t coming fast enough, and unable to stand being ignored, Roland (Greater London, UK) has decided to ignore his human back. He is now sitting with his back to them.
Awake. Feel sleepy sided but I slept better. The sunburn itch is subsiding and this morning was first time in some days that I didn't need to immediately apply hydrocortisone cream to anyplace on my body.
Ginza was of the opinion we should continue sleeping when the alarm went off today. But I got up and so did she though she wasn't bouncy like she often is. I've had my breakfast and have fed her hers.
Today's my 6 hour workday. I hope to take a walk of more than 3 miles and a cycle ride

I'm having problems falling asleep & put some melatonin drops into chamomile tea to try to ease body into sleep. I was up later than usual because Mom's been having some more high blood pressure related medical issues recently.
@raederle Our dug, now 4 years old was brought up by our two cats (themselves introduced to the way of the countryside by out terrier of the time, Hamish).
One acted as good cop (and he still cleans himself in the way he was taught) and the other bad cop - no running and shouting in the house kid)
To his everlasting regret, he no longer fits through the cat flap…
