How long before telephone support is just ?

Website chat support is already migrating to it and it's going to be worse than call menu hell.

ChatGPT is so f*g long winded in its responses, imagine having to listen to it drone on not answering your question until you can pin down the exact prompt it needs, if indeed one exists.

Then we'll get people hooking up their own to talk to the service to save them from this hell and humans will disappear but not in a .

When the algorithm encourages you to commit suicide.

On Christmas morning 2021, Jaswant Singh Chail entered Windsor Castle with crossbow in hand, disguised as Star Wars villain Lord Sith. He told the royal guards who intercepted him that he was there to assassinate the Queen of England; he was then arrested and charged with treason.

The 21-year-old had exchanged with an AI chatbot on the Replika app in the weeks leading up to the event.

I hate this trend I see where "AI" is being used where "computer software" or "computer algorithm" was once used.

I feel AI is a marketing term and most people give the term too much credit.
