L'Inconnue de la Seine (English: The Unknown Woman of the Seine) was an unidentified young woman whose putative death mask became a popular fixture on the walls of artists' homes after 1900. Her face was later and still is used on medical practice CPR dolls.
Beloved #toys: a pair of #Roman ivory #dolls with articulated arms and legs found in a tomb of a little #girl from a wealthy family in Emona, Ljubljana/#Slovenia. The majority of the dolls in Roman times were made of less valuable materials such as clay, wood or linen.
The two dolls that could be dressed with clothes must have been very precious to the girl who died far too young.

Today's doll is Luria from #AzoneInternational's #MimyGarden series. The setting is a fantasy world inhabited by Mimylanders, who can use the magical Oracle Power to activate special abilities. When they tap into these skills, their ancestral animal features are awakened!
Luria is a dog-girl and a former adventurer. Currently, she works as a tour guide and certified barista at her traveling cafe.

My favourite part of creating is to work on new ideas... With this doll, I will use bamboo hair for the first time, I know it will be a bit tricky but I am determined!
