November 2022 I got notice that when my lease expired at my apartment my rent was going up. I don't recall the exact amount but let's say $140 without a lease and $80 with a lease. This particular area requires 90 day notice to increase. I did not respond. By December they reduced it to $40 increase with a lease and $100 without. I chose to surrender the unit and move.

13 months later they still have not rented the unit and I have seen it for less than I was paying. They have a crazy system. Rates can fluctuate each day. When I rented I got no discount but people before and after me had received specials like two months free. I was being transferred for work and needed some place to live but always had a little resentment over the specials issue. 13 months later I feel vindicated.

    I've done so much today that it feels like I've been up for 24 hours. Although I have been up since 1am after a full night's rest.

    Read 25% of the YouTube book, got my product samples, recorded another unboxing video, posted the testing video, edited another unboxing video, washed my dishes, etc.

    It's amazing how much time and mental space I have now that I Love Plushies is gone.

    I used to wonder why RBG didn't just retire, but in retrospect, she was probably seeing what we all see now, too many Supreme Court Justices that can be bought, and Democrats who wouldn't stand their ground, and put in their judges.

    Silly Story Time:

    My husband has always been scared of spiders. If a spider needed removed I would be the one to deal with it, as I've always admired their work. For whatever reason, spiders love our Bathroom, and there always seems to be one or two in there no matter what hubs has tried to keep them out. So, I started naming them, I called one Henry, and I told hubs that he was really social, because every time you'd sit down on the toliet, he would pop out of his hole and just sit by your feet until you were done, then he'd crawl back. Another one would crawl out by the wall when you'd shower, and I told him that was Henry's wife Helena, and she was kind of a pervert, because she liked seeing people naked, but Henry didn't mind, because he liked them freaky. Whenever we would come out of the bathroom, we started giving updates about what Henry and Helena were up to. One day they disappeared, and we were both kind of sad, but last night hubs comes out of the bathroom, and says, Come look! He points to the wall by the toliet, and there is a little spider, and he says, Henry, he had a son! We are very excited about this development!

    I object. I have had a lifetime of great and funny cats. But my daughter got a cat and he is awful.

    1. You are only allowed to pet his head and chin. And only for about two minutes max. Unless he is eating. My kid petted him on his head as a baby while he eats and he sort of expects this.
    2. He will cry/meow at maximum volume until you come and see his food bowl is empty. Pray that there is more food nearby. If you have to leave to get more food he will come and scratch you or bite you as you walk away. Best to walk backwards maintaining eye contact.
    3. He may come lay on the same couch/bed you are on but that is the maximum level of interaction. No touching. No talking. You risk bleeding if you do otherwise.
    4. If he is on his car post demanding a treat, don't reach your hand towards the light switch so you can find his treats, you will bleed.
      I understand him but I don't like him. I treat him with respect. He always comes and meows hi to me. But he is mean.

    David Weiss now says the salacious conspiracies were false. With the indictment yesterday of Alexander Smirnov, the source of those false claims, Weiss confesses he is a direct witness in an attempt to frame President Joe Biden, even as Weiss attempts to bury it.
