Every day I read theories about why the media favors Nazis and gives bad coverage to Biden,.

"They're trying to make it a horse race"

"Incompetence"

"Ratings"

But never "Billionaires own the companies and they're on the side of the Nazis", which seems like the simpler, more obvious explanation to me.

Via Andrew Weissmann said this last night. These are creative, and hopefully potentially effective, options:

options in addition to fine/jail:

  • put a monitor over his use of social media posts
  • hold sentence on a contempt finding until after trial over
  • advise Trump that his contempt of gag order can be considered at sentencing upon conviction.

All can be used by Judge Merchan.

Look at how much Trump is in the lead in Georgia. He has more than double the support from Georgian voters as can be seen by this bar chartโ€ฆ if you believe that 49 percent is more than the double of 46 percent.

If you've been holding off on on Netflix, I can confirm that it is EXCELLENT. It's a love letter to the universe and Wednesday herself is featured in a delightful and interesting way.

It had me guessing about key plot points and motivations right up until the end, gave us a wealth of fantastic friendships and complex relationships, and overall, did my little goth heart a world of good to watch.

Really, really hope it gets renewed for Season 2.
