To be honest, I'm not entirely sure.

I'm in government housing and it's the local cops fucking with all the lowlifes here, but my case is special. "They" have a way to trigger my adrenal glands and have been using that to disrupt my sleep since elementary school. I'm positive I'm one of those fucked-up CIA experiments from the 70s, and the experiment is still going on.

2/ The last time they really smashed my cortisol and drove me to the edge of a spectacular public suicide, it was clearly a planned operation. WHen I was storming around outside looking for trouble to get into, I asked the time from one of the large men they were using to corral me and he had a thick accent. Sounded Slavic or E European.

My best guess as to who "they" are is a conglomerate of international intelligence agencies.

You know how trump is sleeping and farting in court? They can do that to me, too. My guess is some kind of newfangled energy weapon.

I understand why the nixon administration did this to me. My dad was a liberal with a lot of leadership potential.

After nixon murdered Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and Bobby Kennedy, he took out the children who would have been the liberal leaders of Generation X.

The thing is, I never broke bad. The national security state has micromanaged my life--they do that to a lot of people--but I'm still one of the good guys. I mean--compared to nixon/ reagan/ trump, it's a low fucking bar.

I truly don't understand why I'm still stuck in the fucked-up psyche experiment.

We should be on the same team now. I know from my time in DC that we're not enemies. "They" showed me a lot of what they do to trumptarts who show up with ill intent, without actually doing any of it to me.

Over my life, the state has had me molested, infected and cured, had bones broken and teeth smashed out, been poisoned, drugged, and gassed. The state has hit me with pretty much every nonlethal mechanism they've got and I'm still here and still decent.

If you're not up to speed, they've let me know at least some of whatever fucked up 70s CIA experiment I am. They control my emotions, and mostly play with my adrenal glands. I've been stuck in a panic/rage for decades and I now know why nothing I ever did affected it.

So they let me know and actually had me convinced there was something I could do, some behavior they wanted, that would get them to lay off it.

It sucks pretty bad to be constantly flooded with cortisol overload. It'll kill you in about 18 mos. I don't sleep at all when they're hitting it, and after two months of zero sleep you go completely insane. It also causes pellets in the skin which turn into pimples. That's why nerds have pimples. And it makes my face swell up, unevenly. Once I'm asymmetrical, nobody will ever take me seriously.

I wish there was a way I could resolve this.

Help? Anyone? Bueller?

From my oldest, at Virginia Commonwealth University where students were pepper sprayed last night. Remember this is the generation that experienced school shootings and feels abandoned by the adults and systems.

Nothing makes sense any more. It is $1050/mo for a campsite with an electric hookup and $550/mo for non-subsidized government housing in a converted hotel room with kitchen, tub/shower, and queen bed.

My only guess is that they are earning over $500/mo datamining me through the "free" wifi.

Fuck that, I do not concede the point. At least, I don't concede that humans are /more/ selfish than we are compassionate. Our emotional wiring evolved for hundred-human tribes that required a lot more empathy and cooperation than competition.

You don't have to go so far as to disincentivize greed. Greed is socially useful in small doses. Adam Smith wasn't a total idiot. Just stop letting the people who shape society make it so only the greedheads survive.

Most BLM protesters were white people advocating for Black civil rights.♥️ All their lives, they thought that they had the 1st amendment right to protest, because they had seen white supremacists march without being beaten by cops. They didn't realize that the right to free speech depends heavily on what you are speaking about, and who you are speaking for.

Now I'm seeing college professors and students learn the same lesson about what US cops will do to you if you speak up for the wrong thing.

I was working in NYC in 2k4 for the republican convention. At the time, something like 85% of new yorkers thought bush at least allowed 9/11 if not orchestrated it. Protesters were kept corralled in razorwire topped chain link pens called "free speech zones". Of course, I was, like, "isn't the whole country a free speech zone?"

I also saw a jackbooted cop carrying a P90. I must've missed the memo where beat cops were allowed to carry full auto.

I'm a 59 year old African American woman. I've desegregated a town, a school system and many other spaces. When I discuss racism in this nation, I'm not going to ameliorate my speech for the comfort of anyone. I don't exist to comfort others about the reality of what I was born into - what we all live in together. If that's a problem for you, I suggest you embark on some self-reflection to determine what your actual role is within this system.
