Ça m'horripile d'entendre des gens capables de claquer 20 000€ dans une bagnole gueuler contre le stationnement payant de quelques euros.

Faut vraiment mettre en place une système de déplacement public efficace. La situation est juste folle dans ce pays.

Si vous voulez mon deuxième avis du jour, les 30 km/h condamnent la voiture en ville.

Et certains l'ont bien compris. La police, d'abord, qui ne les contrôle pas. Les mairies, polarisées entre NON et "oui mais on contrôle pas ça risquerait d'énerver les délinquants".

La voiture n'a d'intérêt que pour aller vite. Sinon, hors cas particulier, le vélo est incroyablement plus compétitif.

N'y a t il pas un espace imaginable entre le "on contrôle pas pour pas énerver" et "on emploie la manière forte" ?
Je pense à des solutions piochées dans le nudge ou l'urbanisme malin :

  • mise en avant d'ondes vertes calées sur 30km/h, avec comm' autour
  • multiplication de radars éducatifs "content/pas-content"
  • continuités piétonnes et/ou cyclables visuelles et bien visibles pour déclasser la priorité automobile

Si qqune pense à autre chose..

Je vois avec plaisir ma ville, Rennes, pointer le bout de son nez comme 4ème grande ville la plus cyclable.

Il y a effectivement eu de nouvelles voies cyclables récemment terminées, comme celle qui longe la gare au sud.

Et dans les derniers mois, celle vers Cesson.

Et bientôt, une longue voie cruciale vers Chantepie.

N'oublions pas la part d'aléatoire dans le classement : un score est à confirmer sur plusieurs mois.

Elles sont bien dans le même, Grenoble y arrive 6eme. Une petite fessée haha
La métro Grenoble Alpes est bien plus haut dans le classement des metropoles par contre, ce qui traduit les efforts faits sur le réseau chronovélos de commune à l'autre.

C'est vrai que ça bougeait plus trop, ya un second souffle récemment quand même, le réseau chrono se densifier sur fontaine, Échirolles, grand place.. À voir si ça fait bouger le classement 👀

OK. That’s huge. First day we are using V2L in our house. Basically we take electricity from the batteries of our electric car, and transfer it inside the batteries of our house. It works reliably, with all safety and security checks. The electric system of our self-sufficient house is officially finished!

The car has 4x more storage capacity than the house. It was part of the plan since the beginning. On shiny days we charge the house, then the car. We can reuse what we have put in the car.

More interesting would be instead of asking asking which country produces more, which produces best : quality, repairability, carbonprint.. these are important requirements.

Volume and quantity aren't XXI century goals : quality and sustainability are.

Qu'est-ce que c'est que ce délire ?? Les bouquinistes de la Seine sont la chose la plus parisienne qu'on puisse trouver, à égalité avec la Tour Eiffel au moins. Mais pourquoi vouloir dénaturer l'identité parisienne alors qu'au contraire les touristes recherchent ce genre d'éléments "so French"? 🤦🤷

Je mets explicitement mon post derrière un CW car je cherche à discuter et à trouver des sources et expériences intéressantes qui pourraient nous aider à prendre une décision dans les prochains mois. Je ne cherche pas à déclencher de polémiques ni un débat passion au contraire, je cherche quelque chose de rationnel alors que je suis bien conscient qu'il n'existe hélas pas de solution parfaite 🤷‍♂️

puisque nous allons déménager, loin dans la campagne profonde, nous aurons plus que besoin d'une dans un premier temps notamment pour que Tristan puisse continuer à aller à son boulot, sachant que moi je pourrai télétravailler la plupart du temps, et occasionnellement faire 2h de transports en commun pour me rendre à mon job 🛤️

il aura concrètement 150 km de trajet par jour, soit 2 heures de voiture (A/R), ce qui est énorme et absolument pas viable sur le long terme 👎 C'est pourquoi il va chercher à se rapprocher de notre nouvelle maison en demandant une mutation et postulant en // à d'autres boîtes histoire de se rapprocher pour, au minimum, diviser par 2 la distance & le temps de parcours 👌

mais cela peut durer bien 6 mois, c'est le temps qu'on se donne ⌛

aujourd'hui on a une Clio IV thermique qui va nous coûter à minima 360 euros rien qu'en essence par mois dans cette configuration 💸 sans compter son entretien !

alors comment faire pour diminuer la facture, tout en n'alourdissant pas notre bilan écologique catastrophique ? notre rêve étant d'arrêter de brûler du carburant évidemment, mais concrètement on fait comment ? 🤔

la voiture électrique est séduisante, surtout qu'à l'avenir on aimerait investir dans le photovoltaïque... mais on sait que leur poids / construction / transport n'en font pas un bilan bien fier, au contraire 😬

l'hybride HEV (non rechargeable) semble sur papier permettre de faire des économies de carburant, mais on continuera à brûler de l'essence 🔥

Alors si t'étais à notre place, tu ferais quoi ? 🤓

It's inevitable that throughout my career, I've watched as my work gets replaced and updated by others. It's rare to be asked to redesign old work, which is why I leapt at the chance when @thunderbird asked if I could design a contemporary update to the Thunderbird logo. The one I designed 19 years ago!
