Good morning.

I created some new photo art this morning. 2 new pieces; 1 b/w piece here.

They're visual contrasts between devastating logging & world famous tree, Big Lonely Doug. These creations are sparked by my lifelong love of ancient & the need to keep protecting them, against government lies & industry greed.

Each year I look forward to attending this annual gathering next to the beautiful Similkameen River in Snaza’ist which is also known as Hedley, BC.

Revel Music Festival creates a welcoming, inspiring, electrifying, peaceful and nurturing space for everyone to find connection and healing through dance and rest.

It's one of the great honours of my life to be invited to share music at this festival.

“It’s not a normal species you see here so it was very cool to see,” Brulot-Sawchyn said.

He was right about it being unusual, the praya dubia or giant #siphonophore generally lives in the #mesopelagic zone, 300 to 700 metres under the sea, said Moira Galbraith a #marine biologist with Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

Our who we saw today is brilliant. We were so lucky to sign up with him when our previous one retired. He is a 45 minute drive away though.

Many people in our area, including seniors, can’t find a doctor still. The ones they can find only work half a day a week.

One doctor we tried to sign up with we had to book an appointment with the receptionist, then she made us wait 45 minutes just to get a form from her while she gossiped with a colleague.

you have a problem.

Forests on Vancouver Island are home to so many species that it is a ongoing learning experience for me. I think that the more we learn about our forests and their importance, the more we’ll respect them.

This is us at Masked at the Movies at Innis Town Hall at the University of Toronto last night.

Masks weren't "recommended."

Masks were mandatory.

Cloth and surgical don't count.

There was also air filtering with 13 ACH. #Covid
