Here one general question for all #geospatial experts: if someone uses e.g. segment anything (https://github.com/opengeos/segment-geospatial) on satellite images from Google Earth, Microsoft Bing or similar. Can the polygons extracted using segment anything be considered a new IP? Is it a "fair use" to release the produced vectors as open data under CC-BY or similar (so not the images only vectors)?
