is there any way to get steam on #linux to automatically use proton? i feel like most of the games that it's telling me i can't install are steam deck verified so I'm confused why there are some games I can't play

Etap 1: nie mam dość pamięci RAM, więc muszę używać swapa.
Etap 2: mam już dość pamięci na typowe zadania. Czasem mi się zdarza ją zapchać i wejść w swapowanie, a jądro sobie zbyt dobrze z tym nie radzi. W sumie lepiej będzie, jak będzie po prostu ubijać procesy, kiedy zabraknie pamięci. Usuwam swapa.
Etap 3: odkrywam, że jądro jeszcze gorzej sobie radzi z brakiem pamięci bez swapa. Przywracam swapa.
Looks like Microsoft will make Recall opt-in. Seemingly they needed user feedback to figure out that people might not like the idea of them taking a screenshots of their screens every 5 seconds or so.
Security experts also pointed out that this would be a security nightmare. Pretty obvious, really.
This is another example why it is clear Big Tech is not to be trusted to make the right decisions, even when they are staring them in the face.
Desperate to not loose out, they are moving quickly to not be left behind, running blindly ahead without thinking of the consequences.
