Wearing a mask is resistance.

The lawmakers of NC keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results. That was Eisntein's definition of insanity.

I think it is really important we speak out against this bill as it could be copy-catted in other states, and its just messed up, so I started an email campaign: TIME-SENSITIVE!: Join the email campaign to stop HB 237 from passing in NC House of Representatives! If passed, this bill will make it illegal to wear a mask in public even for medical reasons, more info at https://the-maskers-comic.yolasite.com/stophb237 We need to send these emails out ASAP!

Still can't get over the fact that lawmakers in NC decided that wearing a mask was a crime.

The worst thing is that they are having a hard time justifying it, and no one who is not crazy is like oh what a great idea.

If I do not talk about where I live it is because this place has nothing great for it, and the rare people that are somehow decent here do not come from here.

Yes, I am outraged that despite having allergies that require me to wear a mask I do not have the freedom to look after myself.

Here is an interesting read saying that when people had to stay at home there were more crimes at home and fewer crimes in the streets.

When people had to wear a mandatory mask, it did not make them want to commit crimes.

Oops busted

@violetblue 's Pandemic Roundups document a relentless virus, it's potentially debilitating and dangerous effects, and the equally relentless official denials that it's even a problem:

-US: North Carolina votes to ban masks “for public health reasons”
-Covid 60% more deadly than influenza
-New FLiRT symptoms include palm rash, muscle pain, fibrosing lung
-US: no fall vaccines for uninsured

Gaze into those feline eyes and feel better.

Long Covid can impact "everyone, regardless of age or the severity of one’s original symptoms.³ The largest group of people living with Long COVID is younger than one might think. According to the CDC, U.S. adults ages 35-49 had the highest rates of Long COVID symptoms . . . Plus, a recent study showed that by one’s third COVID-19 infection, patients have a 40% chance of developing long term symptoms"
