Documentation shows the extent of #torture perpetrated by Israeli prison guards on the released #prisoner Adeeb Mustafa Samoudi while in the occupation’s “Gilboa” prison.
Samoudi, who is from #Jenin, spent a total of two years in Israeli prisons with no charges and was released yesterday.
Attorneys for Ryan Corbett, an American imprisoned in Afghanistan by the Taliban without charge since 2022, have filed new petitions to the U.N. urging action to secure his release. Two non-Americans who were jailed with Corbett but have since been released testified to his deteriorating condition, saying he could soon be dead. Corbett’s wife, Anna, says her requests for meetings with President Biden and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan have not been answered. CBS News has more.

this message is from Malik Muhammad, who is currently locked up at Oregon State Penitentiary for actions during the George Floyd uprising, and is facing repression by the prison in by being denied communication with his spouse.
"Hey so currently my messages between me and my wife are being blocked, the facility is deliberately keeping us from contact, it's fucking ridiculous. I can message everyone else but not her, I filed a grievance but I don't think it's likely to gunna go anywhere. But I'm super fucking frustrated, can you p.ease just post and try to spread it that they're not allowing me and my wife communication? and for no other reason than my charges and her wearing a hijab, I suspect."
