Give a supportive call to CA Assemblyperson Al Muratsuchi, the head of the Education Committee. He has been helping block an awful bill (AB 1314) that would force schools to out trans kids, along with other anti-trans policies. He's gotten a lot of harassment from awful people, but calls in support can help balance out the bigotry.
You don't have to be part of his district either, because he serves all of California as head of the education committee.

Parents Defending Education (a misnomer if ever there was) sued this large Ohio school district to try and carve out a “right” to bully transgender classmates. This federal judge said no.
He reviewed the history of bullying and harassment of trans people and said that it’s reasonable for the school district to protect trans youth including discouraging intentional misgendering.

#Nebraska’s republicans have failed to pass two of their priority bills this session:
A 6-week #abortion ban, and a ban on ALL gender-affirming healthcare for #transgender minors.
So their new play is to change the first ban to 12 weeks, and shove it into the second ban. They need 33 votes to pass it, and currently have 32 seats.
