Crumbl Cookies first real cake cookie has arrived! It's their carrot cake cookie.
Taste is really good. It's a cold cake/cookie and the texture of the cake is really good. Icing isn't too sweet either. There are pecans on the top of the icing.
In the box are lemon crinkle cookie, sugar cookie with candy eggs and a strawberry pretzel pie cookie.
I freaking love kids #sweets / #candies and I'm always on the look out for recommendations (available in the UK)
Gummy things, fizzy things, gingery things, hardboiled things, rarely chocolate things.
Hit me up.
International folks, I'm interested in what you have locally and maybe we can trade
I think South Korea is addicted to sweets, possibly more than America and Indonesia.
I picked up a few 0 calorie bottled teas from a 'Nice to CU' (a big convenience store chain in Korea), and it was ridiculously sweet. The amount of artificial sugar tasted significantly SWEETER than the regular version.
Paris Baguette tasted sweeter than the American version :blobfox0_0:
I recall reading about this in the news somewhere, but I didn't expect it to be this bad.
My wife hid the caramel sauce from our son who can’t help himself. She hid it in the back of the produce drawer. She found it like this. “I see you.” 😂

We still have plenty of unusual and downright unpleasant Swedish sweets we brought back from holiday. We give them to friends and laugh as they frown and squirm while eating them. I fear that we'll run out of friends before we run out of sweets though. #sweden#sweets#candy
Hey friends, have you ever wondered about where your chocolate comes from? Do you have a vague notion that it's all child labour and shitty working practices but you crave that sweet sweet cocoa nonetheless? You're not a bad human - some things are bigger than we can directly control from where we are in the world, plus if you (like me) have been raised in the Canadian tradition of crappy chocolate at every major holiday, you're most likely going to be programmed to want it. But knowledge is power, my friends. And corporations respond if you hit them in the wallet
The Chocolate Scorecard can help you build up knowledge of the industry, and the brands and organizations working in the cocoa industry to bring about fairer practices - and the ones to avoid. https://www.chocolatescorecard.com/
If you're interested in learning more, especially about the bean-to-bar process, I suggest checking out @dessertgeek, who is somewhat of a craft chocolate expert.
I decided to make monkey butter. Fe'i bananas, juice of one pink eureka lemon, pulp of one large lilikoi (passion fruit), shredded coconut, a dollop of coconut oil, sugar and enough maple syrup to leave a hint. Cooked until desired consistency. Jar it up, keep in fridge or freezer. 🤤 It tastes like a roll of tropical fruit lifesavers. 😆 #eatlocal#farmToFace#cooking#sweets#EatDessertFirst#homesteady
this photo & how I saved it in my Travel File will tell you everything you ever need to know about me. It's called "LOL breakfast in Reading at the shit hotel"
