Dear Vonny I unequivocally support trans rights, as do the Liberal Democrats. I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in any of your hate filled agenda which is persecuting an already vulnerable minority and putting children at risk.     I never understood the appeal og QAnon, but I am grateful my mother died before any of that. She was an end times Xtian as it was.

    If my mother had realized I was gay, she would have been thrilled to pack my bags to send me to hell.

    I am seeing a new therapist, and he wanted to challenge my CPTSD diagnosis. Fine, let's talk CSAM. And I am reading about that now. But she had so many layers,and every time I peel something back, there is more stuff to talk about

    I wish I could truly make people understand how much of a cult Conservative Fundamentalism is, and how much it truly brainwashes you. It is easy to say, "How can those people be so stupid, how can they not see?", but unless you've been inside it, you cannot understand how much effort is put into making sure that people cannot understand or see.

    Whenever someone DMs me to ask about scheduling a meeting, I ask for more info about what the meeting will cover and then I continue asking and answering questions until everything has been covered in the DM itself so there is no longer any need for a meeting.

    The meeting begins and ends on time. Remove all of the chairs in the room before the meeting begins. Email a detailed agenda of what the meeting will cover. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE MEETING. Bill the host's department a rate of 150% for wages to cover the cost of time squandered. Be completely prepared to kick the can down for another meeting. No zoom, no conference calls.

    No food or drink ensures people make the meeting as short as possible. Or not have the meeting at all. The whole point is to make the meeing unfeasible for everyone involved. That's why there are no chairs in the meeting to begin with.

    Learn how to send emails to your boss to call their feet to the fire, asking them to confirm whatever promises they made in person. Learn to cc yourself in an offwork account when you do this as a back up, and let them see you do this.
