Just tried #Flipboard integration with Mastodon. I feel like it has a lot of potential! For me, it is actually a very easy way of looking through bookmarks.

What would really, really make it a fantastic experience is the ability to follow lists from Mastodon that we have created or even individual accounts (for example, some news sites or even things like @NewsDesk) - is that something in the cards for the future @Flipboard and @mike?

I follow @thetyee on @Flipboard and via email. And I'm a subscriber. Canadian journalism matters to me. I have nothing but contempt for some of the richest corporations in the world (eg. Meta, Google) behaving this way.

I don't want to jinx it, but #Twitter seems to work again. I like that Mastodon has much less drama than the #birdsite, but I'm having trouble finding people I want to follow here (journalists and qualified commentators on mostly Canadian and U.S., but also world news). When I search here for high-follower-count people I follow there, I find multiple accounts on different instances, none of which are actually that person.

I want to stay, but any suggestions for good lists?
