@dancinyogi This is so true. I helped move my brother and parents — all hoarders. Came home to my house and started tossing stuff. Every drawer, cabinet, closet, box. 2x a yr for 2 yrs. Then we remodeled and I did it when we packed and moved out then again as we moved back in. Our house is sooo empty! I love it.

    Reminder to my regulars ❤️ (who I am so grateful for and I thank for all the kind words yesterday):

    We’re unexpectedly on the road back to Calif. from Canada today because father in law needs us.

    So live-threads of legal proceedings won’t happen. News alerts will, as long as we have a good connection.

    Posting on the road helps relieve the boredom, so yay.

    The drive, though? Oy. 6x/year, so, no, not fun anymore. Beeline home, 9 hour driving days. Hammy loves it though.

    When I was 9 or 10, I sat in my home in Israel watching cartoons. Suddenly, the show was interrupted and a message urged everyone to go to their shelters. The Hezbollah launched rockets at civilian targets. I was terrified. What's happening now is bringing those memories back.

    @benb It seems to me that if they want to stop Russia from importing their products they should stop selling and shipping to Russia. It’s not as if they can’t see their own ledgers and sales orders.

    @GottaLaff I just read somewhere on here that the DC cts have a few weeks of funding but when it runs out they’ll have to shut down. I didn’t see anything differentiating btwn civil and criminal but was skimming.

    Recommendation regarding 'curated' accounts @ClimateMigration and @AstroMigration

    Some users do not like how these accounts flood their home feed. Here is a suggestion. You can now remove the contents of a List from your home feed. Create a new list, add the curated account, and go to settings (slider bar icon at top right) and toggle "Hide these posts from home". Your home feed will no longer receive boosted posts from the curated account, but you can still view them by clicking on the list.
