Good morning everyone. It's a cloudy day here in St Louis. The forecast is calling for scattered severe thunderstorms with a high of 80°F.🌩 Maybe the hail dents I got a few weeks ago will get some siblings?🤦 The bees are busy getting a shift in before the rain starts, and I should probably start too.

Lots of sunshine over W half Maritimes. The cloud in the east (snow CBRM) breaks up this morning then returns over CB Tues aftn and spreads west Tues night-Wednesday.
A more significant system with wet snow mixed with rain develops Thursday-Friday. Details TBD.

50 model ensemble outlook: fine start to April. A wintry mix & windy system threatens region later in the week. This will be followed by clearing and warming temps next week. Initial eclipse outlook is good; maybe more cloudiness off Gulf. Happy Easter.

Just the insidious MAGA crazies. Binged a medical drama series that included Covid and the ways in which the GOP with Trump has screwed us in basic and intersectional health matters. They fvcked up insurance, still want to yank it. Ditto care programs for virtually everyone. Abortion rights. Lack of mental health facilities and programs. Inadequate overall care nationally. Infant mortality rates. Cancer equity. Trans care. Vets. Just that.

I did some bloom strolling at the botanical gardens so you can do some bloom scrolling if you'd like. A very nice 76°F at outside in St Louis today. I'd like to chat more, but my lovely wife is preparing a hot pot, so I need to log off for a few.
