More scenes from MIT Pro-Palestine encampments at Kresge Oval last evening. Despite counter-protests and disruptions to traffic, the past 24 hours were largely peaceful.

I recommend following The Tech, MIT's student newspaper, for their relentless coverage of events on campus.

A University of Georgia student was sent this notice of interim suspension after he was arrested Monday at a protest.

The email at 5:09 pm asked him to explain why he shouldn't be suspended by 5:10 pm or it would go into effect at 5:11 pm.

Spotted at the Boston Marathon, near Cleveland Circle!!

The winner ran a 4:49 mile, or roughly 12.5 miles per hour. That's faster than the green line (10.4 mph), barely slower than the Red Line (13.4 mph)

He's not wrong.

Why has nobody talked about Little Rock, AR straight-up demolishing the I-30 Cloverleaf Interchange, freeing up blocks of walkable, streetcar-accessible parcels downtown? (April 2019 vs. December 2023)

What does that say about other cities that claim that this is impossible?
