@peterbutler @gwensnyder it's unclear that the law they're trying him under can be used in this way. My recollection is that they're charging him with a state felony because the underlying crime is a federal felony. This is novel. Otherwise the hush money is only a misdemeanor.

@nixCraft I've heard people say that if your bare metal isn't being 100% utilized (CPU, RAM, etc) then you're leaving money on the table. Apparently your servers should be constantly overloaded for maximum profitability.

@evan if you're asking about the first part, I don't think anyone has an obligation to do anything, politically speaking. For the second part, I think he's he least bad candidate that has a chance of winning. The answer does change depending on what state the person lives in. If it's Michigan, it's a much bigger deal than California or Texas or Florida.
