I'd be more inclined to buy this kind of statue than another generic 'hero pose' one. Shame that it's been pulled, would've picked it up, hopefully it (or a variation) comes back at some stage.
Weird, but I'd say mission accomplished if they're looking for something to get people's attention. It is a bit more fascinating than yet another hero in an action stance figure.
