Why one of (Microsoft's) security question for account recover,
is one or more old passwords??
If I changed my password, I want there to be no trace of it.
It could have been leaked, guessed, I told it to someone I don't trust.
It doesn't make much sense of them to keep the old passwords.
“We value your privacy” but we’ll sell your data to 807 partners….
Luckily I don’t use my Outlook email anymore, I only have a couple old emails there. I definitely need to look at setting up the forwarding with @protonmail

Good to see so many having switched to @Vivaldi. It is still early days. Also great to see that so many see the importance of using a mail client instead of Webmail only.

Dans le même temps j'ai fait une crise de parano envers les #gafam , inquiet pour mes données personelles, ce sentiement d'avoir vendu sans le savoir chaque moment de ma vie à ces immenses boites. Une sorte de dégout qui m'as poussé à vouloir récupérer ma vie. J'avais déjà depuis longtemps quitter #gmail, #outlook et abandonner #facebook mais quitter #twitter c'etait différent presque douloureux mais mes convictions valaient bien ça 2/?
Het artikel dat waarschuwt voor gebruik van #Outlook van Mailbox.org hebben we vrij vertaald en opgenomen in onze openbare Kennisbank. Hopelijk redden we nog wat argeloze gebruikers uit de klauwen van #Microsoft. #privacy
I give up, #NewOutlook is utterly unusable and makes old traditional #Outlook seem actually useful. Can't say I'm a Microsoft fan and I never actually liked traditional Outlook, but I'm happy to be going back to it - which tells you how bad New Outlook is...!
So I asked for a test email to be sent to my Hotmail email account. The email is sent by another Hotmail account, but of course it would end up in my spam folder.
Hot take: why would anyone use #Outlook as their primary #calendar app, especially on mobile? Like, if you're stuck in the #Microsoft ecosystem, I guess I get it because your organization requires it.
But any other scenario where you have a choice, I don't get why you wouldn't choose a different solution.
The Outlook mobile app feels like it focuses solely on email; the calendar interface doesn't have an intuitive way of switching views.
I don't understand why Microsoft would kill Sunrise calendar for this.

Ich pers. verstehe immer weniger weshalb viele Firmen sich an #Outlook fest klammern, weil dies Profi-#Email sei. Ich frage mich dann immer, wie #professionell die Entscheider sind? Ein Hinweis auf zB @thunderbird oder/und @k9mail werden ignoriert und laut abgelehnt (auch andere Lösungen). Das ist wahrscheinlich ihre #Angst was zu verlieren durch ihr Unwissen und deswegen wird am Gewohntem geklammert?
