Stephen Amell has been cast in the lead role in the pilot for NBC's "Suits" spin-off, "Suits L.A." Amell will play Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor from New York, who has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles.

Dukat is a drama queen. I don't really need to say that though

I've been watching , & one thing I've really come to admire about the writers is that their antagonists inevitably start out as moustache-twirling villains, and then work their way around to actual, understandable (& sometimes even sympathetic) characters.

Now that he's resigned (🎉 🥳 ), does that mean Wayne has to return his suits?

Bye, Wayne! Go fuck yourself, asshole!

Hungary, 1930. This photo is at the same time both fascinating and unsettling. I imagine these seven men are related - brothers probably. They seem all the same yet the closer you look, the more their individuality is apparent.

Made to Measure and Bespoke Tailoring in New York City (thesecondbutton.com)

Note that this is mostly just a directory listing. There's a lot of guidance out there about how to pick a tailoring house. All I'll note is to try not to get lost in quality—if you're going to splurge on a bespoke tailor, you have to appreciate the house style.

“For writing “Blowback” (Season 5, Episode 11), ‘I received $12,568.57 in residuals,’ Lilla said. ‘That was back in 2016, where I imagine it was probably being sold internationally and re-airing on USA. This year, 2023, where Suits has been viewed for billions and billions of hours on Netflix, I received the grand total of $414.26 on that episode.’"

    Just infuriating.

One of the season 1 writers wrote an opinion piece in the LA Times about how little they're getting paid in residuals…

"$259.71: That’s how much the “Suits” episode I wrote, “Identity Crisis,” earned last quarter in streaming residuals. All together, NBCUniversal paid the six original “Suits” writers less than $3,000 last quarter to stream our 11 Season 1 episodes on two platforms.”

    Just pure evil.
