I've not posted this image on any other platform as yet, I guess I will tomorrow.

I don't think my husband (the photographer) has even got it on our website.

on the is well known for it's sunsets. This isn't a particularly colourful one but the light was lovely.

I remember chatting to a man down there about cameras and winging it a bit while Steve was busy doing all the work!

Oregon Coast Trail Section Hike: Day 1

Last night when I arrived, I pitched my tent at the hiker biker camp at Fort Stevens and then headed out for a sunset beach hike. Checked out the Peter Iredale shipwreck and hiked a few miles on the beach. Sunset was beautiful. Currently headed toward Seaside, Oregon on the beach.

Last Night is a calming capture at sunset at the lake. I enhanced the blue tones a bit to give it a more serene feeling... You can view it here: https://pixels.com/featured/last-night-renata-natale.html

Mont St. Michell farm field, looking toward the sunset in the opposite direction from it's more famous cousin. A farm road divides the fields on top of a levee as the sunsets, wonderful clouds in the sky.

Colors merge and fade
Ocean's beauty glows
Silent beauty reigns

San Clemente Pier Glow was captured on a warm summer evening with a very slow shutter. I love what it did to the water and the waves and the beautiful glow of the pier lights. Love the soft feel.

Blues is an abstract landscape taken at sunset over the lake using intentional camera movement. I like the lovely palette of colors.

The sun going down over our local 'Witches Hill', where in the late 1600"s several witches were burned at the stake for putting spells on people, crops, weather, animals, anything really.
Sad and scary times to be an old lady in the village back then, with a god fearing judiciary and stupid superstitions ran out of control to point blame for anything that went wrong in their lives.

🌵⛺️ Kicked off camping season with my first solo desert trip.

Thanks to @nazhamid for the photo inspiration and mapping tips. The Gaia GPS app was really impressive and gave me so much confidence.
