Last June night was one of the coldest in recent decades in northern and eastern Germany. Some records for the lowest temperature were even broken near the ground.
The cause was a fresh inflow of very dry polar air, which was able to cool down optimally in clear and windless conditions. The dry soils also played a role.
Apparently Apple weather offers this, but I don't have any working Apple devices these days. On my Android phone, neither Google Weather nor Carrot Weather seem to provide humidity predictions at adequate resolution for me.

The Texas Panhandle is under a tornado watch.Note: A #tornado watch is not a tornado warning because it is meant to let everyone know to watch out for a tornado, and a tornado warning is to warn people that a tornado is on its way.

Interesting clouds this morning southeast of the #TriCities. These are formed by the air being forced up by the ridge south of US 12 between Wallula and Walla Walla.
As the air moves northeastward and rises, it reaches the point where the temperature equals the dew point of the parcel, forming clouds downwind of the ridge.
While the rest of the UK basks in warm sunshine, we in the south are having 13C, cold wind and thick cloud. Even London have been getting warm sunny weather. I'm still waiting for Spring, and it's nearly Summer haha. At least the flowers are settling in nicely.
Take care everyone and have an awesome Wednesday.

This settled weather Northern Europe is having is making it easy to finish off hardening the plants this year and get planting out. It's looking like another 2 weeks of 22 degrees 72 Fahrenheit there abouts with no rains until middle of June. I'm off work after today Tuesday 30th so I'm forecast on getting this finished the rest of the week. #gardening#weather#sunnyday#gardeningmastodon
