First scans of Silbersalz arrived. It's motion picture film (really, it's Kodak Vision3 in different packaging) developed in ECN-2. It is impressive how fine the grain is. But their lab processing time is much slower than I expected.
Scenes from a walk around Kobe, all shot with Nikon FE-2 and Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 on Fuji Superia 400. I tried to achieve a dreamy mood. (Someday I’ll get proper lab scans made, these are my own scans of the prints I have, using a cheap home scanner.)
Wanting to add a logo or similar to my prints. Was thinking of some kind of little light-box that would expose a logo onto the corner of the photo paper.
Anything like that exist? Any ideas how I can put such a thing together? #analogphotography#believeinfilm
The old town of Takayama in Gifu Prefecture has been beautifully preserved with many buildings and whole streets of houses dating back to the feudal ages, when the city thrived as a wealthy merchant town. This kind of scenery lends itself to being photographed on film, so here is a photo set taken with Mamiya 6 and 50mm f/4 lens on Fujicolor Pro 160 NS.
