#Solarpunk is a reaction to the more dystopian cyberpunk, which dominated sci-fi in the Eighties and Nineties. In films like The Matrix, Bladerunner and Ghost In The Shell, mega metropolises stretched out for miles, crammed with forbidding towers, cowboy hackers and robots with dubious motives.

The problem is that Putin cannot be trusted to keep his word. One possibility: Russia keeps Crimea, Donetsk & Luhansk become independent and serve as buffers, and #Ukraine remains independent with the present borders & is allowed to join the EU and NATO. Frozen Russian assets are seized & used to rebuild Ukraine. The other alternative is to send F-16's, ATAMCS, and risk escalation. --Postal workers refuse to deliver the mail to Tesla;
--Garbage is collecting outside Tesla centers;
--Cleaning staff are refusing to clean showrooms;
--Pension funds are threatening to pull investments;
--Dockworkers in #Norway & #Finland are refusing to help circumvent the work stoppage.
