Europe’s farmer protests have been fertile ground for #Russia propaganda - this assessment very much coincides with mine.
While starting at the grassroots level, the protests have been keenly exploited by Russia to sow division and undermine popular support for Ukraine’s defense.
I am so pissed that even with a Dem POTUS we don't have the balls to just support Ukraine 100% against the Russian invasion, which is our responsibility because of the Budapest memorandum. I just feel like it all has to do with fossil fuel money. Even Gaza seems to be fossil fuel money. This is the evil in the world that must be crushed. It will completely destroy everything. I hope everyone sees this. https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/israel-gives-nod-gaza-marine-gas-development-wants-security-assurances-2023-06-18/
@lin11c A little more context here. POTUS does support it. Then there is the Putin licking GOP in the house blocking it. Lay the blame where it belongs.
Let’s talk tags on clothing. I hate them and they annoy me to no end. And even if I cut them off, the tiny bit remaining always manages to touch me and I hate it. 😩
Just spent at least two hours deleting all of my work from Tumblr, before their AI scraping shit hits the fan, although it's probably too late. In that case, the deletion functions as a gesture of protest.
This shameless large-scale intellectual property theft by greedy tech business assholes everywhere is starting to make the internet pretty annoying. 😖
@sebwhatever@actuallyautistic Was sunk in the past week. Yesterday I put on a couple of my favourite tracks impossibly loud and grooved along. Broke the cycle.
Today, a petulant Pierre #Poilievre refused to answer her question and then shut down a Canadian Press reporter, "You're just a tax-funded mouthpiece to the PMO."
Poilievre's playbook = Trump's playbook:
ask which news outlet a journalist is from
proceed to attack their credibility
dismiss the reporter, then blame PM
Discrediting the press is a tactic to make the public distrust all media and a very effective tool to avoid answering questions.
My nurse: “people with disabilities are routinely told their issues are not bad enough. They’re constantly told they’re too much, so they wait to come into ER.”
I nearly cried. To be seen like that… ❤️
Yes, I’m back in the hospital again. I’m having a rough go.
I hear that Gmail has recently started objecting to more mail from non-Gmail senders than usual.
So if you use Gmail, it might be a good idea to keep a closer eye than usual on your spam folder. (And mark non-spam as non-spam.)
And if you don’t use Gmail, and you’re waiting an unusually long time for a response to something that you sent to a Gmail user, it might be worth contacting them via other channels to make sure the mail reached them.
@elysdir As of Feb 1, Google and Yahoo (and possibly others) are spambinning senders without a DMARC record. It was supposed to just be bulk mail over 5k but it seems they are hitting anyone without the DMARC setting in your email config.
This happens to me often. I share this silly story because, well, it’s so critically important to learn about your body and what it may be telling you that it needs — not just with nutrition. 🤗
@britt I happened to go to the product details looking if it interacted with something totally unrelated and happened to scan and caught it. Potassium is so important (along with Magnesium)
