Using DocuSign is becoming as pervasive as PDF. Problem is, the accessibility is terrible: scanned documents that won’t read with a screen reader, or unlabeled fields, or inaccessible field types, or the UI where you must draw your signature or pick premade styles, etc. Except, this is legal documents, and everyone from vendors to real estate attorneys to banks are requiring we use this.

In 100,000 years an alien ship enters our solar system. The earth has no remarkable intelligent life, but it's a beautiful biodiverse planet recovering from some bad extinctions. The aliens don't notice the traces left by humanity right away, this is just a survey trip and not much monumental remains.

But, they do pick up a signal, coming not from Earth, but from Mars. "How strange?" they think. Mars is obviously the inferior planet for life. Earth is incredible. But they go to investigate. 1/

Ich wage jetzt einfach mal eine Prognose, wie die Geschichte mit Prigoschin und Putin ausgehen wird:

Warum? Weil ichs kann! :mastogrin:

Der Putschversuch wird scheitern, weil ich annehme, dass Prigoschin keine ausreichende Unterstützung der Oligarchie und der Bevölkerung hat, die er benötigt, damit die Nummer zum Erfolg führt.

Trotzdessen wird ein angeschlagenes Russland zurückbleiben. Putins Macht hat Risse bekommen. Ein weiterer Schritt Richtung Ende des Regimes und gut für die Ukraine.

Fedi admins put in the hours and effort and emotion into making fedi happen. Sometimes they make decisions we might not agree with. We should criticize, but we should not pile-on.

I find this 2015 plot of fraction of population in different wealth deciles odd.

Considering they have a latin america I'm guessing north america is the US and Canada.

And this plot suggests you're either in the global top 20% wealthiest or bottom 10% if you live in north america

I'm pretty horrified by that having some idea just how poor the global poorest 10% is.
