Trump claims the payments to Michael Cohen was for legal fees

But Cohen was IN-HOUSE! He was the general counsel of the Trump Organization. He had a salary.

You don’t pay “fees” to your salaried in-house counsel.

One more reason Trump’s excuse is garbage.

If it’d been ANYONE else, what Trump is accused of would’ve resulted in FBI search teams descending not just on Mar-a-Lago — but also on Bedminster and Trump Tower.

Immediately. And they wouldn’t have left any closets or secret rooms unsearched either.

And he’d be in CUSTODY.

Trump lost a $464M case because he fraudulently overvalued his properties -- from 200% to 3300%

Then for the bond, he found an insurer that is illegally taking on a risk far higher than they're allowed to under NY law -- by 1260%

Trump literally found the Trump of insurance

Alabama proves it once and for all:

The right wing isn’t pro-life — they’re anti-woman.

And that means they’re anti-baby too.

So Fani Willis was basically put on trial for $3500 of vacation expenses.

But Clarence Thomas likely received MILLIONS of dollars in free travel.

Where's the trial for Thomas?

Also, January 6 was NOT a “riot.”

A riot is when a crowd gets out of hand.

January 6 was 100% planned, premeditated, and managed by Donald Trump and his MAGA co-conspirators.

It was a conspiracy to stop Congress from verifying the 2020 election — it was an INSURRECTION.

In 99.9999% of cases, the Fani Willis issue would’ve been handled by the judge, in chambers, during a lunch break

Judge McAfee opened the door and let the clown car take over his courtroom

And the mainstream media fell for it — and keeps broadcasting it

Total travesty

It raised a total of $8,509 from donors.

No, that is not a typo.

BREAKING: Wisconsin Supreme Court orders new maps for legislative districts.

Court rules 4-3 that the GOP gerrymandered maps violated the Wisconsin state constitution.

Once again, elections matter. Voting matters. Organizing matters.

US wars in Afghanistan/Iraq = $6 trillion, 7000+ US service members killed

US aid to Ukraine to repel Russia = $75 billion, 0 US service members killed, Russian army wrecked

Iraq/Afghanistan cost EIGHTY TIMES as much, with way less benefit

Our Ukraine policy is WORKING.

So if Texas were to secede:

  • Republicans would lose 40 electoral votes

  • Republicans would lose 25 seats in the House and 2 seats in the Senate

  • Thereby giving Democrats a lock on the White House and Congress

But sure, y’all go on ahead and secede.

Susan Collins was the deciding vote for Brett Kavanaugh, claiming he'd uphold Roe.

Brett Kavanaugh was the 5th vote to overturn Roe.

We talk about not giving immunity for Donald Trump.

Yet the law gives immunity to tech giants.

And to gun makers and sellers.

It’s time to end these handouts — no immunities, no more powerful people and companies rigging the system.

1984 is often cited as a banner year for the US economy -- giving Ronald Reagan a landslide re-election.

In 1984, unemployment was 7%, inflation was 3.8%, and GDP growth was 6.9%.

Today, unemployment is 3.9%, inflation is 3.2%, and GDP last quarter grew at a rate of 5.2%.

The NY consumer fraud statute Trump is bashing - Executive Law 63(12) - has in fact been used against LOTS and LOTS of other fraudsters like Trump over the last 75 years.

Including Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, former AIG CEO Hank Greenberg, and pharma bro Martin Shkreli.
