I'm good at cooking but can almost never drum up the energy to do it.

I think the next thing to try is meal prep. Anyone got good recommendations? First thing that comes to mind is the turkey bowls from Hello Fresh. Pretty simple, turmeric rice, little sliced almonds, turkey, shwarma spice, diced cucumber. I can make a big batch of that and it'll keep easy, esp if I skip the pitas.

@SirTapTap I tried an experiment a few years ago. I made six lunches in the weekend and froze them. I developed a backlog of six weeks. So 36 meals in the freezer on Sunday. I'd pull out one of each of the six dishes on Monday, and I'd have a different lunch every day, even though cooking only once per week. I could not stick with it, but I still think it could work for some.
