Did you know (you probably didn't want to) that farmers spray cereal crops with glycophosphates a couple of weeks before harvest to help the grain "dry". There is very likely significant residue after such a short time. Another reason, if you can afford it, to buy organic oats and wheat.

@ApaulD this is fixable. NASA has tech to monitor methane emissions with satellite imagery. We could use it get rid of states self-reporting emissions and entrust monitoring to the UN.

We're in the transition stage but the end point is clear if for no other reason than fossil fuels will become more and more uneconomical as they get more costly to source.
