Als ausgebildeter IT-Systemkaufmann war ich selbstständig mit der Erstellung einfacher Internetseiten (HTML/CSS/WordPress) und als "ebay-Verkaufsagent".
In zahlreichen vertrauensvollen Gesprächen mit Privat- und Firmenkund*innen konnte ich optimale Lösungen entwickeln und ggf. in #WordPress schulen.

Online-Kundenservice ( #CustomerCare / #SoftwareSupport ), vom Onlineshop und über ebay und Amazon, bis hin zum Support spezialisierter Branchen-Software; #B2C und #B2B, auf Deutsch und #Englisch (B2-C1), per Ticket-System, Mail und telefonisch.
In diesem Bereich (o.ä.) würde ich auch gern weiterhin meine Stärke der Kommunikation mit Kund*innen ausspielen.

Here's a pretty good (IMO) b2b tip to help your sales team utilize your SEO learnings.
With a #b2b business, one way you can apply #SEO learnings is by researching trends in #search queries (seasonality, news-related events, etc), learning how those are impacting actual businesses that would be potential customers, and sharing that among the #sales teams.
That's just one way SEO can help directly support b2b sales.
But sending an out-of-the-blue meeting invitation to a cold lead is the wrong move, ONE-HUNDRED PERCENT of the time.

And no, I won't stop using my adblocker as it keeps me safe, comfortable and secure from the tones of malicious/toxic ads YT tries to expose you to.
Hopefully UBlock manage to find a patch that stops YT from doing this if its still possible.
OFC that that with a truckload of salt since I'm shure that kind of #DarkPattern shit isn't done in #Germany because it's likely #illegal or at least violates #GDPR & #BDSG to the point that it doesn't work.

Periodic reminder that if you ditch the zero-trust part, if you admit that trust matters even a tiny bit, you can ditch the consensus algorithm and run the entire blockchain exercise on one shitty five year old Android phone.
