Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition Launches on PC within a Month, Says Leaker

Renowned leaker billbil-kun found information suggesting that a PC release of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition is very, very close.

Just a few days ago, the Singaporean game rating board revealed the imminent launch of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition for PlayStation 5. This news held little surprise, however, given that it was a safe bet to assume Sony would bundle last year's Horizon Forbidden West with the Burning Shores DLC released a few months ago, just like they did for Horizon Zero Dawn and its The Frozen Wilds DLC.

Much more interesting is today's news broken by renowned leaker billbil-kun, who found out that Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition may also be released on PC at the same time, or very close anyway. According to the information gathered by billbil-kun, the game could launch on Steam and the Epic Games Store in the span of a month.

This tracks because Sony is completely tone deaf and would have no idea that launching a sequel to a flagship in an already crowded fall line up will only hurt sales. I ALREADY HAVE TOO MANY GAMES TO PLAY, SONY, AND I HAVEN’T EVEN BOUGHT STARFIELD.

Well, it's pretty much tradition for the Horizon games to have poor timed releases at this point. Zero Dawn was released a couple days before Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Forbidden West came out a couple days before Elden Ring.

Yeah, there was a period of several months, maybe even a year where there was 0 new games that interested me and now there’s like 3 games who would be the biggest thing in years separately but end up just stumbling over each other!

On the plus side, if I go directly from BG3 to HFWCE, modders might have made Starfield mostly playable by the time I get to it 😄
